Oculoplastic & Reconstructive Surgery โ ASOPRS Fellowship-Trained
Dr. Kevin Wu earned his medical degree from Boston University School of Medicine and completed his ophthalmology residency at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York.
He then completed a two-year fellowship in oculoplastic and reconstructive surgery through the American Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (ASOPRS) โ the most prestigious training program in the field.
His fellowship was completed under the mentorship of Dr. Evan Black at Consultants in Ophthalmic & Facial Plastic Surgery, affiliated with William Beaumont Hospital, the Kresge Eye Institute and the University of Michigan.
As one of only about twenty ASOPRS fellows to graduate each year, Dr. Wu received advanced training across every aspect of oculoplastic surgery โ including eyelid reconstruction, lacrimal system disorders, orbital disease and trauma, as well as aesthetic procedures such as BOTOX, fillers and eyelid & facial cosmetic surgery.
Dr. Wu also serves as an Assistant Clinical Professor at Mount Sinai Hospital and Elmhurst Hospital Center, where he teaches oculoplastic surgery to ophthalmology residents from the New York Eye and Ear Infirmary.
